About Little Miss Muffet

Little Miss Muffet is a classic nursery rhyme to sing little children to sleep. The rhyme has been around for quite a long time, the original printed version can be traced back as earliest as 1805. However, many believe it was created in the 16th century and Little Miss Muffet was actually referring to Queen Mary of Scot.

As for the rhyme itself, it talks about a girl called Little Miss Muffet who is eating yogurt on a low stool (or a mushroom, depending on interpretations), then she gets scared by a spider near her and runs away out of fear.
