Master Chief is one of the most decorated war veterans in the game Halo, and is considered the trilogy’s protagonist. He is also known as John-117 and is known for his stoic and taciturn personality. He is very competitive and strives to win at all costs.
Master Chief is highly disciplined but he does care for the people under his command and protection. He wears a black bodysuit underneath full green tactical armor with a golden visor in front of his face, and he brings along a futuristic rifle.
About Master Chief
Master Chief was voiced by Steve Downes since the first video game of the franchise on 2001. Downes is also known for his roles in Septerra Core: Legacy of the Creator, The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, and Halo: The Fall of Reach.
Master Chief will be portrayed by Pablo Schreiber in the upcoming 2022 Paramount+ tv series Halo. Schreiber is also known for his roles in 13 Hours, Orange Is the New Black, Den of Thieves, and Skyscraper.
