Hitoshi Shinso is a student in U.A. High School’s General Department who is awaiting transfer to the hero course. He has a Brainwashing quirk, activated when his target verbally responds to something he says, and he has the Capturing Weapon skill using a steel wire alloy, carbon nanofibers-woven binding cloth.
Hitoshi Shinso uses an artificial vocal cord that helps him imitate voices of other people. He wears a U.A. High School Gym shirt and pants, blue and white running shoes, a Hitoshi voice-altering mask, an anime hero scarf, and messy indigo-colored hair.
About Hitoshi Shinso
Hitoshi Shinso was voiced by Wataru Hatano. Hatano is also known for his roles in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle, Basilisk: The Kouga Ninja Scrolls, Super Street Fighter IV, and Fairy Tail: Priestess of the Phoenix.
