L, or Lawliet, is a famous detective tasked to take on the mysterious but notorious mass murderer case. He is the only one who came near enough to prove the real identity of Kira as he was highly intelligent with deductive skills that are way beyond his peers.
L is most known for his quirks and disheveled appearance. He wears a light, white sweater and baggy denim jeans, and his dark under eyes and ultra-pale skin are also notable things about him.
About L
L was voiced by Kappei Yamaguchi in Japanese while Alessandro Juliani did the English dubbed version. Yamaguchi is also known for his roles in One Piece, Inuyasha, and Giant Robo the Animation: The Day the Earth Stood Still while Juliani is known for his roles in Battlestar Galactica, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, The 100, and War for the Planet of the Apes respectively.
