Jiraiya is an extraordinarily powerful shinobi and is recognized as one of the greatest ninjas of his generation. He is also known as the Perverted Hermit for writing the popular adult fiction book series called Icha Icha, and as the Toad Sage due to his Senjutsu training under the Great Toad Sage, which enabled him to summon toads as allies during battles.
Jiraiya is one of the three legendary Sannin of Konohagakure. He wears a sage green kimono tunic and trouser combo, arm guards and calf leggings, a kimono outercoat, a ninja headband, and Japanese red wooden clogs.
About Jiraiya
Jiraiya was voiced by Hôchû Ôtsuka. Ôtsuka is also known for his roles in Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind, Gokaiger Goseiger Super Sentai 199 Hero Great Battle, Mobile Fighter G Gundam, and Star Blazers 2199: A Voyage to Remember.
