About Hagrid
Rubeus Hagrid, famously portrayed by Robbie Coltrane, is one of the major characters in the Harry Potter film series which based on the best-selling books of the same name by J.K. Rowling.
Hagrid is a half-giant-half-wizard janitor/professor at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in which he was a student in 1940, but later got expelled because of Tom Riddle's trick.
In 1991, Hagrid was given the task of reintroducing Harry Potter to the wizarding world. Even since Harry Potter found himself in the world of magic, Hagrid has always been his good friend.
Despite a scary look, Hagrid was one of the sweetest people in the whole wizard world. He was always a loyal man to Professor Dumbledore and a good friend to Harry Potter.
