About the Fantastic Four
The Fantastic Four is a fictional superhero team appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The team debuted in "The Fantastic Four" #1 in 1961, created by writer Stan Lee and artist Jack Kirby. The team's original members are Mister Fantastic (Reed Richards), the Invisible Woman (Susan Storm), the Human Torch (Johnny Storm), and the Thing (Ben Grimm). After being exposed to cosmic radiation during a scientific mission, they gained superhuman abilities and embarked on numerous adventures, protecting the world from various threats. The Fantastic Four is renowned for its exploration of science fiction themes and family dynamics, and they are considered one of Marvel's most iconic superhero teams.
The Fantastic Four has been adapted into the big screen four times; in 1994, 2005, 2007, and 2015. But the comics have been around since 1961. In fact, Fantastic Four was the first superhero team created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby.
