Jeffy is the son of Nancy and Jacques Pierre Francois and the adoptive son of Marvin and Rose. He is troublesome and misbehaves quite a lot. He also gets angry quickly and will swear like a sailor if provoked.
Jeffy rarely changes from his bright, iconic uniform. He wears a bright yellow shirt with his name written on it, black shorts, black shoes with white socks, and a blue helmet.
