Butters Stotch is a character from the animated series South Park. He is introduced as a fourth-grade student from South Park Elementary school. He is also known as the "innocent child" and is sometimes seen as Cartman's exploited friend. It is also said that his character was based from Eric Stough who is part of the production staff.
