The Imperial Guard is also called the Emperor’s Guard. They are a group of elite warriors intent on protecting the Sith Emperor. They are not Force-sensitive but they are highly loyal to their master which makes them formidable enemies. That, and Imperial Guards are trained to wield multiple weapons which makes them a good match with Jedis and Siths.
