Squints is one of the kids in the baseball gang in the classic 90s movie, The Sandlot. The movie is set in the summer of ’62, so the outfits of most of the characters in the movie are very vintage and summer inspired. Squints’ own looks are very simple and casual; he mostly wears jeans, sneakers, t-shirts, and his iconic thick black rimmed glasses. Of course you can’t forget a baseball cap, it is a very important part to his character after all. It is also a good idea to include some baseball gear into the costume for a real effect.
About Squints
Squints is one of the characters in the coming-of-age movie, The Sandlot. His real name is Michael "Squints" Palledorous, but he is called Squints because of the thick black rimmed glasses he always wears. He is played by Chauncey Leopardi, and actually ends up dating the hottest girl in town, Wendy Peffercorn.
