About Sokka
Sokka, voiced by an American actor Jack De Sena, is one of the main characters in a well-received TV animated series Avatar: The Last Airbender , which aired from 2003 - 2008. The show sets in the magical world, and follows the story of a young boy named Aang who's destined to save to world from the verge of destruction with his great power.
In the show, Sokka is a Water Tribe warrior of the Southern Water Tribe and the son of Chief Hakoda and Kya. However, Sokka was raised by his grandmother Kanna along with his younger sister Katara because their parents were killed in the war. According to his sister Katara, Sokka is quite skeptical, abrasive, and immature, yet sharp-witted. Therefore, despite not having waterbending power, Sokka is known for his intelligence and strategy.
