When we first encounter Hector in the Land of the Dead, he seems like a petty criminal with negative traits like being deceitful and suspiciously charming. But as the movie progresses, you can see his real personality shining through and realizes that Hector is actually family-oriented, creative, and loving.
Hector’s life wasn’t a bed of roses nor was his death. Despite the bad cards he’s been dealt with, Hector considers it all worth it because of his daughter, Coco. Looking like Hector is quite simple.
