Bumblebee is a superhero from DC Comics. Her real name is Karen Beecher-Duncan and she first appeared in Teen Titans (volume 1) #45. In Teen Titans, she is introduced as the scientist girlfriend of Herald. She made herself her own costume and then attacked the Teen Titans to make her boyfriend look good in front of his team.
