Virgil Hawkins’ life was from easy, but most superheroes don’t get the easy life. He was involuntarily part of a bad crowd and that’s how he got his powers. But instead of using it to promote evil, he became Static Shock.
Static’s costume is all blue, white, black, and yellow. He doesn’t like form-fitting clothes like Superman and Batman, and prefers a robe rather than the classic cape. Here’s everything you need to look like Static Shock.
