Choso's silhouette is almost monk-like: a loose, floor-length cream robe with wide sleeves worn underneath a fitted purple gi vest that comes to a V at the chest and continues down past the waist. The vest and its tall, rolled collar are the same deep eggplant-purple - the collar sits high enough to cover most of the neck, closer to a scarf than a normal shirt collar. Tuck the robe in at the waist so the vest's bottom point falls cleanly over it, and finish with the brown lace-up boots peeking out from under the wide pant legs.
His hair is black (dark brown in some manga printings) and long, but it's worn up and out of the way in two ponytail-buns high on the head, each one spiked outward like a small burst rather than smooth - the wig above is pre-styled this way, so it doesn't need extra product. The defining facial detail is a blood-red mark that runs horizontally across the bridge of the nose and out onto both cheeks - Choso can make it bleed on command to fuel his cursed technique, so draw it as a solid line with a slight drip trailing down rather than a clean tattoo edge. The face paint stick above is soft enough to blend for that effect. In the anime his eyes also get a wash of violet eyeshadow, which is a nice optional touch but not necessary to read as him.
For a blood-manipulation photo op, the fake blood capsules make a convincing "ammunition" prop cupped in the palm - Choso's whole fighting style is built around throwing and shaping his own blood, so a few red-stained fingers photograph well next to the face mark.
Group and franchise ideas
Choso is introduced as an enemy before switching sides once he learns the truth about his creator, and he ends up genuinely protective of the person he calls his little brother - which makes a Yuji Itadori costume the most contextual pairing here: the two share a half-sibling bond through Kenjaku, even though they're not related by blood. For a bigger curse-user group, add Sukuna, who Choso is among the sorcerers confronting during the Shinjuku Showdown, or Satoru Gojo to represent the sorcerer side of the story.
About Choso from Jujutsu Kaisen
Choso is one of the Death Painting Wombs, curse-spirit "brothers" incarnated by Kenjaku from the remains of the Kamo clan's cruel ancestor, Noritoshi Kamo. Alongside his younger brothers Eso and Kechizu, he was created as a weapon, and for most of his early appearances he fights on Kenjaku and Mahito's side without any real grudge against sorcerers - he simply lives for his brothers, and they for him. That changes once he learns who Kenjaku really is and discovers that he shares a strange kind of half-siblinghood with Yuji Itadori, whose body Kenjaku also helped bring into the world. Choso chooses to protect Yuji as his new younger brother, and fights alongside the Jujutsu High sorcerers for the rest of the series.
Calm, quiet, and a little detached in most situations, Choso rarely speaks unless family comes up - loyalty to his brothers is close to the only thing that reliably moves him. His cursed technique, Blood Manipulation, lets him harden, shape, and launch his own blood as piercing rounds or slicing waves, drawn from a mark across his nose that bleeds on command. It's one of the more visually striking techniques in the series, and pairs with an otherwise understated, almost formal wardrobe that looks more like temple robes than combat gear.
