Sukuna's whole look reads as Heian-era royalty gone monstrous, so the open haori is what sells it: drape it off the shoulders rather than buttoning it closed, and let it hang open down the front so his tattooed torso shows. Under it, keep the pants loose and wide-legged, cinched with the black sash sitting low on the hips. His short hair is a coral pink, spiked straight up and slightly forward at the front - work styling gel or hairspray into the wig to get the flame-like points rather than leaving it flat.
The face is where most cosplays fall apart, because Sukuna's markings are specific: a single horizontal black line running straight across the bridge of the nose, and a small crown-like symbol at the center of the forehead (easiest to place with the hairline pushed back or the bangs parted). Ryomen Sukuna, known simply as Sukuna, is the main antagonist of Jujutsu Kaisen and the undisputed "King of Curses." Legend remembers him as a four-armed demon born during Japan's Heian era over a thousand years ago, but he was in truth an undefeated human sorcerer, history's strongest, who cut down every other sorcerer who challenged him. After his death his power was sealed away in twenty cursed fingers - until first-year student Yuji Itadori swallows one to save his friends and becomes Sukuna's new vessel, giving the King of Curses a foothold back in the modern world.
Sukuna is egocentric, sadistic, and utterly without empathy, treating human life - including his own host's - as beneath his notice. What makes him terrifying isn't cruelty alone but competence: his cursed techniques, Cleave and Dismantle, kill with an efficiency the rest of the cast spends the series trying and failing to match.
