Woodstock is our favorite yellow bird in Peanuts. He is best known as Snoopy's sidekick and best friend. Woodstock initially is one of two abandoned eggs left in a nest on Snoopy's stomach, which were cared for and made to fly away after hatching. He, however, had a lot of trouble flying and came back. Snoopy and Woodstock sometimes argue but they always hug and make up.
Woodstock is a very poor flyer and he never speaks normal words. To look like Woodstock, you should wear a yellow sweatshirt, yellow jogger pants, yellow shoes, and a yellow feathered headband.
About Woodstock
Woodstock is named after the 1969 music festival in New York. He first appeared in Peanuts on March 4, 1966 but did not have a name until June 22, 1970. Woodstock, originally female, is the only Peanuts character whose gender has changed after being named.
