Wendy was the eldest child of the Darlings from London. She has two younger brothers and she loves telling them stories about Peter Pan.
Wendy Darling is very imaginative and a delightful fan of stories. One of her favorite stories was about a boy named Peter Pan who lived in the isle of Neverland. While Wendy is creative and a fan of fantasy, she is also very mature and maternal for her age.
Wendy is known for iconic puff-sleeved blue nightgown. She wears a light blue nightgown with a lake blue satin ribbon, blue flats, and her signature ringlets. Wendy’s outfit in the 1953 Disney film adaptation is very simple. She’s wearing a light blue Edwardian-era night gown with a light blue ribbon tied on her hair.
About Wendy Darling
Wendy was voiced by Kathryn Beaumont in the 1953 Disney animated film Peter Pan. Beaumont is also known for her roles in Alice in Wonderland, Kingdom Hearts, and Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep.
Beaumont was ten years old when she was chosen to become the voice of another beloved Disney character, Alice from Alice in Wonderland.
