Dick Dastardly is one of the racers in the Wacky Races and is considered the main antagonist of the show. He does tons of wicked schemes to help him pull farther than his competitors and is named by his dog slash sidekick, Muttley.
Dick Dastardly is a caricature based on Terry-Thomas and Professor Fate (from The Great Race). He wears purple pants, black knee-high boots, a purple trench coat, red gloves, a red pilot’s hat, and white goggles.

Dick Dastardly was voiced by Paul Winchell. Winchell is also known for voicing classic characters like Tigger from The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh and Boomer from The Fox and the Hound.
