Dr. Drakken is the mad scientist arch-villain of Kim Possible. He is a brilliant mind capable of creating remarkable devices and inventions. He uses his inventions to fulfill his dream of world domination, but they are always foiled by Team Possible or they fail on their own or are destroyed due to a glitch in one of his defective and impractical plans.
