About Dr. Evil
Dr. Evil, famously played by Mike Myers, is the main antagonist in the Austin Powers film series. Although naming as Austin Powers' arch enemy, Dr. Evil is actually a parody character of James Bond villains, primarily Ernst Stavro Blofeld.
Dr. Evil's main goal is to taking over the world, and in the meantime, he's constantly creating chaos and fear on earth. He also has a very humorous sidekick named Mini-Me who is a dwarf clone of himself.
