Jerome Valeska is a criminal mastermind and anarchist who resides in Arkham Asylum. He wreaked havoc and chaos in Gotham when he got out in the mass breakout from the hospital. He is ruthless, remorseless, unpredictable, making him more dangerous than his twin brother, Jeremiah, and most other inmates in the Asylum.
But one thing you cannot deny is that Jerome is highly fashionable. He wears a suede vest underneath a red paisley dinner jacket paired with white pants, black boots, and black gloves. Even his sewed-in face is utterly unforgettable.
