About Inside Out
Inside Out is about the interior happenings inside the mind of a young girl named Riley, particularly the 5 basic emotions that control her actions: Joy, Sadness, Fear, Disgust, and Anger.
The five act as a team, with Joy as their leader, to manage how Riley’s experiences form into “core memories” and affect her overall growth and happiness. Joy aims to make sure Riley stays joyful.
The Inside Out Joy emotion was voiced by Amy Poehler.
