She Hulk is the lawyer cousin of Bruce Banner (aka The Hulk) who was transformed into the large, powerful, green-skinned heroine after receiving an emergency blood transfusion from him to save her life. Similar to The Hulk, she possesses superhuman strength, durability, speed, reflexes, stamina, is impervious to pain and disease, and has amazing healing factor. Moreover, she retained her intelligence, emotional control, and definitely a less monstrous appearance.
