Jack the Ripper’s horrendous way of murdering his victims has earned him a place in crime history’s hall of fame. But the most intriguing thing about Jack the Ripper is no one ever solved his identity (and probably no one ever will).

Despite extensive research, however, people today are still unsure of the Ripper’s real identity and are left with only a hundred theories.
The name ‘Jack the Ripper’ was first discovered in one of the letters that the killer supposedly mailed. However, it is widely believed to be a hoax. Nonetheless, the name sticked.
