Iron Chef was a popular Japanese cooking show where guest chefs are challenged to take on the resident iron chefs. It was one of the best cooking game shows of the ‘90s because of its quirky design and fun challenges.
Iron Chef, as a costume, is a pun between being a cooking chef and the chemical iron, Fe. All you’ll need to wear is a respectable top like a dress shirt, simple pants, dress shoes, a chef hat, and an apron with ‘Fe’ written on it.
About Iron Chef
In the 1993 Japanese show, the original Iron Chefs were: Iron Chef Japanese Rokusaburo Michiba, Iron Chef Chinese Chen Kenichi, and Iron Chef French Yutaka Ishinabe. However, Ishinabe decided to step down from his role after the first season making Hiroyuki Sakai the successor as Iron Chef French.
