Bert and Ernie are good friends and roommates who have drastically different personalities. Bert is a serious and studious puppet who prefers learning new things and striving to enjoy his many hobbies in peace. Ernie, on the other hand, is very much extroverted, loud, and has a penchant for practical-joking.
