About Dr. Facilier / Shadow Man
Dr. Facilier is a character in the animated film The Princess and the Frog. He is a voodoo witch doctor who plans to take over New Orleans. He commands black magic and uses it to swindle money from citizens.
He also has a sidekick shadow that has personality of its own. He invites guests to his Voodoo Emporium where his scheming materials are stored. His powers include voodoo, fortune-telling, spells, and being backed by the Loa or his "friends from the other side".
