Naked and Afraid is a reality television show in Discovery Channel were the contestants are dropped in the middle of nowhere in the nude where they have to survive for 21 days. It is a very taxing and dangerous contest that needs constant cunning and resourcefulness.
Looking like a Naked and Afraid contestant is easy. All you need is a pair of nude shorts, a nude bralette, and a canvas shoulder bag. You can also make adjustments by creating clothes from banana leaves.
About Naked and Afraid
There have been no deaths in the Naked and Afraid TV Show but there have been a few instances where contestants have almost died.
In Season 1, Manu Toigo was bitten by a mosquito and contracted hemorrhagic dengue fever. In Season 8, Samantha Ohl was diagnosed with stage-two hypothermia due to the frigid temperatures in the Croatia mountains.
