Gudetama is a Sanrio character who is literally a lazy egg. His caricature is that Gudetama is the yellow yolk and he likes lying down on his egg white blanket. Many from the young generation are enchanted with this lethargic egg because of his disenchantment with working which is something that a lot of people can relate to.
