About Zatanna Zatara
Zatanna Zatara is the daughter of magician Giovanni "John" Zatara and Sindella, a member of the mystical Homo-Magi race or the kind of human that is able to use magic.
Zatanna grew up with her father near the infamous Arkham Asylum since her mother had gone since she was young. Zatanna was a successful stage illusionist then she later learned about her true magic power while she was on a mission finding her disappeared father.
To figure what happened to her father, Zatanna asked other heroes including Hawkman and Hawkgirl, Atom, and Green Lantern to help her with the mission. It took a while after that for Zatanna to leave to magician career and join Justice League of America to fight crimes using her magical ability.
