Dr. Doofenshmirtz is a middle-aged evil scientist and head of Doofenshmirtz Evil Incorporated. He is the arch-nemesis of Perry the Platypus. However, he isn’t the most successful evil overlord as he still hasn’t achieved his goal of ruling the Tri-State Area.
Dr. Doofenshmirtz keeps his outfit very classic and simple. He wears a black turtleneck top, khaki pants, and a white lab coat.

Dr. Doofenshmirtz was voiced by Dan Povenmire. Povenmire is also a writer and member of the Art Department for Phineas and Ferb. Povenmire has also worked on shows like Milo Murphy’s Law, Family Guy, SpongeBob SquarePants, and Hey Arnold!.
