Lady Dimitrescu is an antagonist from the game Resident Evil Village. Her real name is Alcina Dimitrescu. She is considered as one of the Village's main antagonists. Lady Dimitrescu is introduced as a huge noblewoman with vampire characteristics who lives with her three daughters at Dimitrescu Castle. She rules the village with three mutant lords under the supervision of an overlord known as Mother Miranda.
