Jim Hopper is the Chief of Police in the small town of Hawkins, Indiana. Hopper, at first, is a cynical, indifferent and emotionally reserved officer because of his trouble past. However, the mysterious and questionable happenings in the town led Hopper to become the responsible chief of police that he is meant to be.
Jim Hopper is a military man through and through with his skills and survival instincts. He wears a khaki button-down shirt, a navy blue jacket, khaki pants, brown boots, dark aviator sunglasses, and a brown Mountie hat.
