The Munchkins are the tiny villagers that inhabit Munchkin Country in the land of Oz. They are considered the shortest tribe in all of Oz and also known for their gentle natures. They usually keep to themselves and treat all of their village as one big, happy family.
The Munchkins are a very colorful and quirky group. They wear bright plaid shirts paired with bright cut-of shorts, bright shoes, a whimsical hair do, and some even bring a long a giant lollipop.
About Munchkins
Jerry Maren portrayed the green munchkin, the central member of the iconic “Lollipop Guild”, in the 1939 film The Wizard of Oz. Maren is also known for his roles in House, At the Circus, Dahmer vs. Gacy, and That's the Spirit.
