About Jayne Cobb
He’s the man who stands by Captain Malcolm Reynolds’ side in the times of crisis and his name is Jayne Cobb, played by Adam Baldwin. Jayne Cobb is one of the main characters in ‘Firefly’, a high scored sci-fi T.V. show in 2000s. The character of Jayne Cobb, also known as "Hero of Canton," is a mercenary who works for Captain Malcolm Reynolds on the Serenity. In the time of the Unification War, Cobb positioned himself in the middle ground, taking on neither The Alliance’s nor The Independent’s side.
Before Cobb and Reynolds become mates, their first meeting was a totally different story: Cobb and his gang were trying to rob Reynolds and Zoë Alleyne Washburne but Reynold took a notice at Cobb’s skill and offered him more money than his gang could have, and so Cobb decided to join Reynold’s crew. Cobb is indeed a very good fighter, however his action is sometimes faster than his thoughts which could lead to troubles.
