Lifeguards: the dreamy men and women we see on beach scenes in the movie. But in real life, they’re so much more! Having a lifeguard on duty while you’re on the beach or in the pool makes everything feel a whole lot safer because you know someone will be there to help you if you drown. They’re real life superheroes.

About a Lifeguard
To be a lifeguard, you must be at least 15 years old, can swim 300 metres, and can complete a timed event in under one minute and forty seconds.
