About Doctor Doom
Victor von Doom lost his beloved mother when he was younger. Ever since Doom set the goal to increase his knowledge of both science and magic in order to rescue his mother. By the time he reached the adulthood, Doom is filled with knowledge from an intense study. At The State University in New York, Doom experiments the machine to free his mother’s soul but it goes wrong and the machine explodes, leaving him with scars. Then he’s expelled from the university for conducting unethical experiments. Doom blames both failed experiment and his life-long scar on his colleagues.
After the event at the university, Doom goes to a small Tibetan village of monks who assisted him in creating a suit of armor. And with his knowledge and power, Doom goes back his homeland of Latveria to overthrow the leader and declare himself king. He then begins to use his country’s resources in order to further his plans of world domination. These schemes led Doom into conflict with the Fantastic Four on many occasions, as well as many other superheroes.
