Hubie Dubois is a slow-witted and much-ridiculed delicatessen worker in Salem, Massachusetts who voluntarily monitors the Halloween celebrations in town every year to make sure everyone is safe and everybody plays by the rules. This perpetual victim of the townsfolk’s pranks and derision is thrust into excitement and the limelight when residents suddenly start disappearing.
Hubie Dubois is good-hearted but eccentric. He wears a brown jacket over a dark gray shirt with a black neckline, dark green cargo shorts, and brown boots.
