Ben Wyatt is a reappearing supporting character in the popular television show, Parks and Recreation. He also plays the part of the stern and somewhat snobby and insensitive government official. He was in fact, elected as mayor of a small town in Minnesota at the age of 18, but was quickly impeached due to his immaturity and insensitivity.

Ben Wyatt is Leslie Knope’s significant other on the show; however, they did not get off to a good start when they first met. Their personalities greatly clashed, but when Ben humbly asked the fiery, uptight Leslie for a drink, they soon became close friends and eventually married.
