About Susie Carmichael
Susie Carmichael or Susanna Yvonne "Susie" Carmichael, played by a voice actress named Cree Summer, is recurring character in Nickelodeon's comedy animated TV show called Rugrats, The show that revolves around a group of the little babies. Standing on the far opposite side of Angelica, Susie is her biggest rival. 3 year-old-Susie always stands up against the mean-spirited toddlers who always pick on the babies, thus she also encourages the babies to stand up for themselves also.
