When Max moved into Hawkins, Indiana, she quickly became friends with Mike, Lucas, Dustin, and everyone else in the gang. By the third season of Stranger Things, Max becomes the best friend of Eleven. She is a tomboy and loves skateboarding and playing in the arcade.

About Max Mayfield
Max is a character from the hit Netflix Series Stranger Things. She is a new face to the Party and is introduced as the girl friend of Lucas Sinclair. She hailed from California and after her parents divorced, she moved to Indiana. She goes by the alias MADMAX. In one of the Halloween episodes, she impressed Dustin and Lucas in arcade games and then invited her for trick-or-treat.
Max Mayfield was portrayed by Sadie Sink. Sink is also known for her roles in Eli, The Glass Castle, The Americans, and American Odyssey.
